Reiki comes from the Japanese word 'Rei,' meaning universal and 'Ki,' meaning life force energy, which is also called qi or chi, which is referred to as the energy that surrounds us. ​ Through Reiki, we are able to address the needs of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
