Whether I am simply spending time outdoors or incorporating herbs and flowers into daily products, it is an integral part of my life. When I became a licensed herbalist, I did it because I wanted to learn more about the healing power of everything around us. The benefits of nature and its gifts are incredible.
One of my personal favorites, and I know some people look at them as an annoyance, are Dandelions. From lowering cholesterol to aiding digestion and detoxifying the liver, their health benefits are endless.
