We, as human beings, are made up of energy and are all vibrating at different frequencies ranging from low to high. Since we live in a manifestation reality, we attract things that are frequency specific to what we emit. Once you are aware and mindful of your energy, raising the vibrations can become a part of your daily routine.
Oftentimes, on a deep subconscious level, we have unhealed thoughts and feelings that can and do attract unwanted energy. However, when we are conscious, we can become self aware and start to heal those aspects of our being.
When you are at the highest vibrational version of yourself, it means you’re also living a spiritually aligned life. When you’re at this point, you are able to connect to your inner temple, which is a sacred place within yourself where you store your deepest being, which helps you achieve a vibrational balance.
For me, being able to reach my inner temple and living a truly spiritual and vibrational balanced life is critically important to my overall well-being. Here a few of the daily rituals I use that will, with daily practice and adoption, help you to achieve a higher vibrational frequency as part of your healing journey.
When looking for ways to heal, one of the best places to start is with Mother Earth. When we are in nature, we are surrounded by natural vibrational medicines. Everything from the plants, the dirt, rocks, and even the air hold healing properties. Placing your bare feet into the earth releases any built up energy and helps to reset your entire system.
Our connection to earth is a powerful one that I cannot recommend enough. Next time you are feeling stressed, a little lost, or simply need a moment to yourself, go work in your garden, take a hike, or just stand there, silently taking in all the beauty and awesomeness of your surroundings.
CLEANSING YOUR SPACE
Keeping your own space free of negative energy is essential for maintaining a well balanced life. When we go out into the world, we pick up all kinds of energies, both good and bad. Those energies have the ability, as all energies do, to both raise and lower our vibrational balance.
Make sure that you are cleansing your personal space, which includes your home, since whatever energy has attached itself to us, has also entered our home. Using sacred smoke from Sage, Palo Santo, herbal incense, Copal, or Cedar, we are able to clear our own Auric energy and the energies around us. When using these sacred smokes, make sure you are setting clear intentions as it will aid in your daily well-being.
REIKI & ENERGY WORK
Reiki healings are amazing for raising your vibrations and giving you a balanced, feel good energy. Reiki sessions ground you and connect you to the vibrations from Mother Earth. It works by clearing any blockages that may be holding negative vibrations, as well as balances the Chakras which keep your inner vibrations level. Beyond that, it connects you to your higher self and puts you in a place where your raised vibrations are strong and steady.
YOGA & MOVEMENT
The mind, body, and spirit are all connected, and it is that connection that creates inner balance. Yoga specifically helps you to center, be present, and to be mindful of blockages in your body. Any form of movement connects our physical bodies to your higher energy because it clears energy blockages and gets it moving through your body. Of course, we can’t forget about the natural release of endorphins that occurs from movement and the huge part they play in making us feel well and happy.
So, get moving! Go for a walk, do some yoga, or turn on some music and dance your heart out. Any form of movement will benefit you and help you reach a higher vibration.
Water is one of the most cleaning elements we have and is deeply connected to our emotional energy. As humans, we are made of up to 60% water as a whole. It is such a substantial aspect of our everyday lives. Being near water, be it an ocean, lake, or stream, can be incredibly therapeutic and beneficial for emotional release.
Bathing is one of the things you see time and time again on self-care lists, but trust me, they can serve an emotional and well-being purpose. Taking a relaxing bath with sea salts cleanses your system, soothes sore muscles, and will help relax your entire body. You can have your own cleansing bath ritual with candles, essential oils, salts, and even play some meditation music. You will be amazed at how much negative energy will be washed away with a well intentioned sacred bath.
Crystals are connected to the earth and are magical elementals. Each crystal holds a certain energy that can work within our Chakra system to provide healing and form a connection to higher frequencies. Keeping crystals in your space helps to create harmony and balance. If you practice meditation, incorporating crystals will help align your energy within.
These are a few of my personal favorites crystals that I make sure to always surround myself with.
Quartz is known as the master healer and can transmute and even store energy. It has the ability to work within the entire Chakra system.
Amethyst is one of the most well known crystals and is easily identified by its sparkling purple points. This crystal is great for spiritual energy as well as psychic protection, tranquility, and connecting to intuition.
Rose Quartz is a pretty pink crystal that is all about love. It is connected to the heart Chakra, offering loving energy to assist with giving and receiving love, as well as healing the heart.

MUSIC & VIBRATIONS
Frequency of sound holds vibrations, and these vibrations can elevate and heal your energy. Just as these vibrations can heal you, they can also harm you and lower your vibrations. Be aware of what you are consuming energetically and also be mindful of lyrics as they too play a part in your vibrational balance.
I recommend listening to meditation music and even adopting the use of crystal singing bowls because they resonate with the crystalline substance within our systems.
This is by far the one practice that should be a part of your daily rituals. When you’re meditating, you’re allowing yourself to be present in the moment and giving yourself the energy reset and connections you need.
There are many different types of meditation and they don’t all involve sitting on the floor with your legs crossed saying chants over and over again. You can try yoga, connecting to nature, playing music, or just sitting in a quiet space. It doesn’t matter whether it’s 5 minutes or 45 minutes, just being in a silent place where you can be still and breathe can do wonders for you!
The highest of all vibrations are love, bliss, joy, and laughter. Laughing is such a beautiful thing to indulge in because it instantly raises your vibrational balance. Being able to smile and find absolute joy in something is amazing! Try surrounding yourself with people who make you smile, or even just watch something that makes you laugh is a great way to get out of a funk and put a smile on your face.
These daily rituals are just little useful gems to help raise your vibration on a daily basis. Find joy, live in your light and become a conscious creator of your own reality.
